HALIFAX – Today, Premier Darrell Dexter declined to attend a Nova Scotia Teachers Union rally at the Legislature in support of 930 Nova Scotia Community College faculty and staff set to walk off the job next week. Instead, he opted to speak at the Empire Club luncheon in Toronto.
