HALIFAX – Chris d’Entremont is applauding the decision to open three new homes at Riverview, something kick started in 2007.

“The addition of three, new community homes at Riverview in Stellarton is great news for the community, and especially for individuals trying to access assisted care in Nova Scotia,” said d’Entremont, a former Minister of Community Services. “Our government thought this project had merit three years ago when the process started and I am pleased to see this government following through on our commitment.”

The Riverview Home Corporation offers care, support, and advocacy for individuals with intellectual disabilities and long-term mental illness.
