Halifax – Members of the Progressive Conservative Caucus expressed their deepest condolences to Cumberland North MLA Brian Skabar today on the passing of his wife Joyce.

“This is a difficult time for the Skabar family," said Progressive Conservative leader Karen Casey. "On behalf of the PC Caucus, I am very sorry for their loss.”
